I wanted to share a recent experience with you and express my sincere gratitude to the entire dealership.
I have been a customer for six years. My husband and I have leased and owned a few vehicles in that short time. Sales, Financing and Service personnel have always been very helpful, respectful and courteous. One of the many great reasons to continue a wonderful relationship. Recently, I traded my lease in for a used Ridgeline. After owning the Ridgeline for 13 days, I came in for service and asked that a rattling noise be checked out. I was told that I needed sway bar links. When I brought the issue to Mr. Clemens attention, he was kind enough to facilitate a very prompt resolution which I understand that Schlossmann’s was under no obligation to do.
I am a very proud Honda owner and am very pleased to have purchased and leased all of my Honda’s from Schlossmanns.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Jon Oster was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. He was open and honest with the pricing, and low pressure, which was greatly appreciated! Jon deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service. Service was great I enjoy coming to have my vehicle serviced very friendly and very informative.
I brought my CRV in to Honda City because the bottom panel on my hatch was loose. At first I thought I'd have to pay $500 - $600 for a replacment piece and labor. However Sam, a technician, fixed it to see if the current panel would hold. He didn't guarantee that it would hold forever, but at least he tried! Ryan K. could have just told me that it needed to be replaced but he was honest and said that I could try to see if it would stay. Sometimes people wonder if they should trust a car dealer. I would definitely go back to Honda City's body shop and recommend them to friends!
even tho it takes me a hour to get there they treat me like a Queen and special the deals are wonderful with the confidence they will do a good job, They are polite and will worth with you and explain everything to you. I'm on my 4th lease and couldn't be happier
Jessica in the service department was very helpful. Even went out of her way to check our tire pressure.
